Growolan
Growlan is the tarmah of Cirebon people for a cupped food made from processed cassava (mashed cassava and then dried in the sun to dry) and grated coconut. As the name implies, this food produces lumps (growlan) and has a savory taste. Through the Sirebon Blood, the traditional area of Kanoman Market, he can be Sekke or Sirebon Markets.
Growlan is made with kara yamhu dry playplek from drying. The brownish brown cassava selefah is steamed in a steamer until cooked. When the Gaplek Nagupada is cooked, stir it so it doesn't clump until it gets cold. Then, when it has cooled evenly, then mix it with grated coconut which already contains baby salt and then put it in a fire extinguisher made of banana leaves which is as narrow as the bowl.
